Terms & Conditions for Ruby Tier Upgrade:

  1. The benefit will be reflected 14 working days after the Hirer registers with Lion City Rentals (LCR).
  2. Grab reserves the rights to determine the eligibility of any Hirer’s tier status at any point in time and adjust any Hirer’s tier status as it deems appropriate.
  3. Hirers who are suspended or banned from the Grab platform will not be eligible for this benefit.
  4. Hirers who have disputes regarding their tier status should notify LCR within 3 working days from the time their tier status should have been reflected.
  5. Appeals received after 3 working days from the time the status should be reflected will not be entertained by LCR or Grab.
  6. Appeals that are not done through LCR will not be entertained.
  7. Grab reserves the right to amend, cancel, terminate or replace the benefit and these terms and conditions, in its sole discretion, without any prior notice.
  8. Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to tier status and these terms and conditions shall be final and conclusive.

Terms & Conditions for Additional $10 Cash Bonus:

  1. Hirers must meet the eligibility requirements for Grab Streak Bonus (GSB) within the applicable month, in order to receive the benefit.
  2. For GSB eligibility requirements, please refer to this link for more details.
  3. In order to be eligible for a given calendar month’s benefit, Hirers need to be registered as a Lion City Rentals (LCR)  Hirer by the last day of the previous month. e.g. To receive the benefit for June’s 2024, all Hirers need to be registered as a LCR Hirer as of 31 May 2024.
  4. The benefit  will be directly credited to the eligible Hirer’s Grab cash wallet on the 10th of the following month. e.g If Hirer qualifies for the June 2024 benefit, he/she will get paid on 10 July 2024.
  5. Hirers who are eligible for the benefit will receive an email or in-app message from Grab on the 10th of each month informing them of the total benefit quantum received. e.g If Hirer qualifies for the June 2024 benefit, he/she will receive a notification from Grab on 10 July 2024.
  6. Hirers who have disputes regarding eligibility or payout of the benefit, must reach out to LCR to appeal within 7 days from the stipulated benefit payout date (10th of each month). e.g If Hirer disputes for the June 2024 benefit, he/she must appeal to LCR no later than 17 July 2024.
  7. Hirers who are suspended or banned within the benefit month or prior to the payout date on the 10th of the next month will not be eligible for the benefit. e.g. If Hirer is suspended or banned anytime between 1 June 2024 – 10 July 2024, he/she will not be eligible for June’s benefit.
  8. Appeals received after 7 days of the stipulated benefit payout date will not be entertained by LCR or Grab.
  9. Appeals that are not done through LCR will not be entertained.
  10. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the benefits for another benefit of similar value.
  11. Grab reserves the right to amend, cancel, terminate or replace the benefit and these terms and conditions, in its sole discretion, without any prior notice.
  12. Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the GSB programme and cash bonus benefit shall be final and conclusive.
