Free Rental Days Terms & Conditions:
To be eligible for the above benefit, Hirers need to fulfill the following:
Rent from Lion City Rentals and is currently (i.e. at the time of application) on an active contract.
Valid only for 26 weeks/ 52 weeks/ 104 weeks contracts signed during the Free Rental Days campaign period from 13 Sep 2023.
Free Rental Days can only be applied after 3 months from the contract start date.
Applications for Free Rental Days must be submitted in advance. Any backdating of applications will be rejected.
Rental is still payable during the Free Rental Days application period. Reimbursement payout will take 14 working days from the last date of the applied period.
Applications that do not fulfill the above requirements or incomplete applications will be rejected.
Where the application is successful, any payout will be used to offset against the weekly rental amount. An SMS will be sent once the payout has been processed. Only successful applicants will be contacted. If you do not hear from us within 14 working days from the time of application, you may assume that your application has been unsuccessful.
The number of free rental days paid out will be deducted from the benefit allocated, based on the date of application. The benefit eligibility is tied to the contract duration and is valid only during the contract period stated, where the contract status is active.
Any entitled but unclaimed days will be forfeited once the contract expires or is terminated.
Any entitled but unclaimed days cannot be brought forward to the next new or renewal contract.
Lion City Rentals reserves the right to claw back any free rental days payout in the event of a breach of any terms and conditions above. Lion City Rentals reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion. Lion City Rentals reserves the right to make the final decision in any case of dispute. Lion City Rentals also reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
Any early termination of your vehicle rental contract with Lion City Rentals will result in clawback of benefit(s) awarded under this programme.
LCR Cares4u Terms & Conditions:
To be eligible for the above benefit, Hirers and their registered relief driver(s) need to fulfill the following:
Rent from Lion City Rentals and is currently (i.e. at the time of application) on an active contract.
Applications for Rental Recovery Days must be submitted no later than 7 days from the commencement date of Medical Certificate/ Hospitalisation Certificate/ Death Certificate.
The rented vehicle can be utilised only for contingency purposes (up to 50km/ day) on any day of Medical, Hospitalisation and Compassionate Days applied for.
The hirer should not drive commercially on any day of Medical, Hospitalisation and Compassionate Days applied for.
By submitting this form, you hereby declare that the information furnished above is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. In the case where any of the above information is found to be false, untrue, misleading or misrepresenting of the facts, your application may be rejected.
The hirer hereby allows Lion City Rentals and its affiliated partner(s) to use their personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Privacy Policy to facilitate the processing of Rental Recovery applications.
Lion City Rentals will review all applications on a case by case basis. We may also take into consideration other factors such as, rental period, payment records etc.
