Announcement on the suspension of
all onsite activities

Dear Hirer-Partners,
LCR has been notified by the Government that to suspend all on-site activities with effect from tomorrow, Wednesday, 29th April 2020.
However, ride-hailing platforms are still allowed to operate as per normal.

While we are in the process of appealing this decision, we seek your understanding and
cooperation as we implement the following temporary measures:

<< Vehicle Returns >>

All vehicles returns strictly by appointment only.
In the instance that your contract is ending, we will notify you on your appointment slot for vehicle return.
You will not be charged for rental beyond your original contract end date.

<< Rental Collection>>

All rental collection will be via digital means only.
You will be able to continue paying your rental through DBS iBanking or AXS.

<< Accident Reporting>>

<< Maintenance>>

Maintenance will be by appointment only. For urgent cases, please call our hotline @ 6252 5525.
