CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
Introduction
1.1. The Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all participants in the Draw (the “Draw”) organized by Lion City Rentals Pte Ltd (the “Organizer”).
1.2. By participating in the Draw, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
2.1. The Draw is open to all individuals who are legal residents of the country where the Draw is being held and who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence.
2.2. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Organizer, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Draw.
2.3. Participants will need to be a hirer on a new contract with Lion City Rentals. With all bookings made from the 8th April 2023 to the 30th April 2023, 2359hrs GMT +8 Singapore Time. Checkouts will need to be completed by 8th May 2023.
2.4. Hirers will need to make sure that they make a full non-refundable deposit ($500) together with 1 week of advance rental payment as per the contract requirements.
Draw Period
3.1. The Draw begins on 10th May 2023 at 1000hrs and will be recorded and broadcasted on our Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/LionCityRentals/.
3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Draw period at any time and for any reason.
3.3. All results from the draw is final.
How to Enter
4.1. To enter the Draw, participants must be a new first time hirer, or a hirer on a new contract, with a minimum rental period of 26 weeks, and above.
4.2. Participants may submit only one entry.
4.3. The Organizer is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.
4.4. This promotion is to be used with other on-going Lion City Rentals promotions, privileges, or offers.
4.5. Details of the hirer will be collected and submitted by the Lion City Rentals sales team on the day of the collection of deposit.
Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner will be selected by means of an Online Draw via. the drivers contract number.
5.2. Participants in the draw agree to be contacted as part of the draw process.
5.3. The winner will be notified by the sales team within 14 days of the end of the Draw. The winner collecting the prize will need to make sure that their names tally with that on their LCR hirer contract.
5.3. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days or fails to respond within 30 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner or disqualify the prize.
Prizes
6.1. The grand prize for the Draw is 2x Chemical Guys Car Care Packs valued at $100 each, two winners will be drawn for the grand prize.
6.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable or exchangeable for vouchers / cash.
6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
General Conditions
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or who engages in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the Draw at any time and for any reason.
7.3. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical or other difficulties that may prevent participants from entering the Draw or receiving the prize.
7.4. By participating in the Draw, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Draw.
7.5. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Organizer and the participants and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Draw.
Governing Law
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Singapore where the Draw is being held.
8.2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Draw shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Singapore, where the Draw is being held.
