Yes, we understand sometimes you need the flexibility to make changes to travel plans. Kindly email us at rentals@lioncityrental.com.sg with your car plate, drive-in and return-date prior to entering Malaysia. Please pay for the Malaysia surcharge upon car return.

Yes, please declare and pay for Malaysia surcharge on car collection day, which covers entire West Malaysia. Please note Malaysia usage is strictly for personal travel/usage only.

100% prepayment of rental fees is required.

The $500 deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation. This security deposit shall be refunded (minus any deductions as per your lease agreement if applicable) within 14 days upon car return.

Hirers should be:

• At least 20 years old with a min. of 2 years of Class 3/3A driving experience in Singapore, and
• Either Singapore Citizen/PR, or Foreigner with relevant residency status, and
• Possess a valid Singapore driver’s license with less than 16 demerit points.

As CNY is a peak period for car rentals, we can only guarantee you a car model within the same vehicle group selected.
