    Main Hirer Declaration


    • I fully acknowledge to this transaction of adding an additional driver
    • I am aware that I am solely responsible for the LCR car and I will bear full responsibilities (Insurance excess, vehicle damage , rental payments, traffic fines, etc) while the car is driven by my guest hirer/additional driver
    • I acknowledge that I have to wait for LCR’s confirmation email and SMS before any additional driver is allowed to drive the car. There is no insurance coverage for any unauthorized driver(s) and LCR will repossess the rental vehicle (min. repo fee of $500 will be charged). The main hirer will be fully liable for all damages, fees and charges incurred.

    • I acknowledge that I am 24 years old to 69 years old
    • I acknowledge that I have more than 2 years of driving experience
    • I acknowledge that I have less than 16 demerit points on my driving licence
    • I acknowledge that I have to wait for LCR’s confirmation email and SMS before I am allowed to drive the car. There is no insurance coverage for any unauthorized driver(s) and LCR will repossess the rental vehicle (min. repo fee of $500 will be charged). The main hirer will be fully liable for all damages, fees and charges incurred.
    • I hereby agree and consent that LCR may collect, use, disclose and process my personal information set out in the online application form and/or otherwise provided by his/her or possessed by LCR
    • Please note that LCR main hirers cannot be named as an additional driver

    Share car Terms and Conditions

    • ShareCar applications will take approximately 3 working days to be processed.
    • Up to 2 additional drivers : for usage or of the rental vehicle.
    • Be 24-69 years old with at least 2 years of Class 3/ 3A driving experience in Singapore
    • Either Singaporean/ PR applicants
    • Possess a valid Singapore Driver’s License with less than 16 demerit points.
    • An additional excess of $2,500 (subject to 9% GST) for young drivers (Age 20 – 23) & senior drivers (Age 70 & above) is required.
    • Any incomplete application will be considered void (eg. missing/inaccurate documents)
    • The hirer needs to receive LCR’s confirmation email and SMS before any additional driver is allowed to drive the car. There is no insurance coverage for any unauthorized driver(s) and LCR will repossess the rental vehicle (min. repo fee of $500 will be charged). The main hirer will be fully liable for all damages, fees and charges incurred.
